It's a Triple Threat!
Students learn how to use the voice for singing, voice acting and public speaking:
SINGING + VOICE ACTING + PUBLIC SPEAKING = 3 TYPES OF VOCAL TECHNIQUES (ALL IN ONE CLASS)
1 + 1 + 1 = 3
VOCAL POWER CLASSES
These are "One-of-a-kind" Classes that you will not find anywhere else!
Students learn how to:
increase the power in their speaking and singing voice without vocal strain
use proper 'breath control' technique
emphasize different parts of speech for more vocal impact
use a variety of expressions and emotions without overacting or underacting
find what holds them back from 'feeling free' and letting go of tensions
overcome stage anxiety by learning to find their 'power within'
record and master microphone technique
and much more ........
Through the use of fun games, exercises and role play students learn to 'find their voice' using tools that will serve them well in all walks of life.
Students generally enjoy these classes so much that we make a second semester available for these classes to participants.
Students also have the opportunity to participate in the year-end performance if they also take the second semester of classes to the end of the school year.
